| Abstract: |
The VIRGO Data Center (VDC) located at the Instituto de Astrofisica de Canarias (IAC), is involved in the data processing of the VIRGO experiment on board SOHO. The main responsibilities of the VDC are: reception of Scientific (SC) and Housekeeping (HK) Telemetry (TM), recovery of full SC TM from retransm issions, monitoring VIRGO's health and checking the data received, generation of level0 and level1 VIRGO data, commanding the VIRGO experiment and updating t he VIRGO database. The operations of the VDC in its present stage will be described in this paper. |
