Abstract: We have developed the dual channel receiver of 100GHz and 150GHz band for simultaneous observations. The beam for each channel was designed to be divided by polarization beam splitter with wire grid which is located at near Cassegrain focus. Two beams of 100GHz and 150GHz band are fed to their mixers through each SSB(Single-side band) filter and quasi-optic system, respectively. Each mixer is the SIS mixer with Nb/Al-AlOx/Nb junctions. The average receiver noise temperatures of two channels are 50K in DSB at frequencies between 85GHz and 115GHz, and 85K in DSB at frequencies between 125GHz and 165GHz, respectively. The relative pointing error between two channel is found to be better than 3''. It has been performed that SiO maser sources have been simultaneously observed using this receiver. We have been observing the sources using this receiver since October last year.
