Abstract: FUSE spectra of the strong O VI 1032Å emission in the active dwarf star AB Dor show modulation in both flux and profile with rotational phase that corresponds to regions of open and closed magnetic field in the star's corona. In Dec. 2003, activity appears at mid-latitudes and is confined to ∼1.3– 1.4R*. These observations provide the first spectroscopic confirmation of the large scale magnetic structures and their dynamics in a stellar corona.
