Abstract: Magnetorotation instability (MRI) is one of the promising mechanisms that excite and sustain the turbulence in accretion disks. We have found by both local and global magnetohydrodynamical simulations that such MRI driven turbulence plays a role in not only the transport of angular momentum but also vertical outflows. In this article, we briefly summarize our recent works on accretion disk winds by turbulent Poynting flux.
