Abstract: We present an initial result of the spatial distribution of [12CO]/[13CO] and [C16O]/[C18O] abundance ratios in the central ∼1 kpc region of the nearby Seyfert 2 galaxy NGC 1068 observed with ALMA Cycle 0. With non-LTE analyses, both ratios are found to be different between the central circumnuclear disk (CND) and surrounding starburst ring (the Ring). The very high (∼300–1000) value may reflects the difference of chemical evolution and environment at the Ring.
