Abstract: We investigate parameters of two high-mass X-ray binary systems IGR J17544-2619 and IGR J21343+4738 discovered by INTEGRAL space observatory by using optical data of Russian Turkish Telescope (RTT-150). Long-term optical observations of X-ray binary systems IGR J17544–2619 and IGR J21343+4738 were carried out in 2007-2015. Based on the RTT-150 data we estimated orbital periods of these systems. We have modeled the profiles of line HeI 6678 Å in spectra of studied optical stars and obtain the parameters of the star's atmosphere.
