Abstract: The lack of diversity in science is a global problem. Fortunately, there are numerous international efforts underway focused on making astronomy more inclusive. Find out what these projects are doing to ensure astronomy is welcoming to all regardless of gender, ethnicity, race, social class, or physical ability.
