Abstract: Astronomers for Planet Earth (A4E) launched at the ASP conference in 2019 and has since grown to a global coalition of thousands of astronomy students, educators, amateurs, and scientists who are working to address the climate crisis from an astronomical perspective. In this interactive session, active members of A4E will introduce a variety of initiatives that participants can join, give a recap of the A4E virtual symposium that will have just taken place a week prior to the ASP meeting, and share some favorite educational and public engagement resources for addressing climate change from an astronomical perspective. Workshop participants will have opportunities to share their own concerns, interests, and resources, and learn how to join A4E to contribute to the growing community of astronomers taking action to address the climate crisis.
