This session will have two parts. 1:Resources. Free resources such as short videos that Fiske Planetarium is making with NASA sponsorship, Eclipse Ambassadors that ASP is doing, also with NASA sponsorship, "Solar Snap" that makes it easy to take eclipse photos with a phone camera, different ways to show small groups the eclipse such as binocular projection, the sun-adapted Galileoscope, etc. 2. Community events. Who is doing one? What are you doing? Suggestions for a successful event including logistics, publicity, food, etc. If you are doing any of these things and would be willing to present for 5-10 minutes, please email me in advance: dduncan@colorado.edu |
