MPEC Watch is a web-based utility that digests the Minor Planet Center’s
Minor Planet Electronic Circulars (MPECs) and presents statistical summaries of the
published observations and orbits of small bodies that are of high interest to the community. Here we describe the underlying architecture and suite of products of MPEC
Watch along with a brief discussion of usage and future plans. |
