Inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) are organizational frameworks which seek to promote the fair treatment and full participation of all people, particularly groups who have been historically underrepresented or subject to exclusion or discrimination on the basis of identity or disability. This paper reports the results of a climate survey taken by members of three U.S. regional planetarium societies regarding current and future goals related to IDEA. |
