Abstract: A comprehensive set of observations has been obtained on the spiral galaxy NGC 4321 (M100) at the CFHT using CIGALE, a Fabry-Perot interferometer coupled with a photon counting camera. Those observations have been used to get H-alpha fluxes, H-alpha diameters and velocity width for 108 HII regions in M100. Those parameters show no correlation between diameter and velocity width nor between flux and velocity width.
