Abstract: Corotation resonances in gaseous protoplanetary disks likely play an important role in disk-planet interactions. They are more complex and are less well understood than Lindblad resonances. Corotational resonances likely affect the orbital evolution of a planet embedded in a gaseous disk. This paper describes some recent results.
