Abstract: Rotation curves have been obtained for 81 spirals in Virgo; about half show disturbed kinematics, the others are normal. Hubble types, inclinations, Vmax values, and local galaxy densities are similar in both groups. The Gaussian distribution of systemic velocity for spirals with disturbed kinematics matches the elliptical Gaussian distribution; normal spirals have a flat distribution. Galaxies with disturbed rotation are brighter and have Hα emission extending to a larger fraction of R25. The gravitational interactions which produce the disturbed kinematics may be responsible for the enhanced emission may help drive the cluster toward equilibrium.
