Abstract: We simulate the collision between the ejecta of SN 1987A and circumstellar material, and calculate the X-ray emission. To reproduce observations, the explosion energy and the number density of the HII region are constrained to be ~1.4 x 1051 erg and ~100 amu/cm3, respectively. The density of the hot spot should be similar to that of the ring (~104 amu/cm3) to be consistent with the observed X-ray luminosity. In the near future, the blast wave will reach the dense ring, and the ring will be brightened in X-rays becoming more luminous than 036erg/s.
