Abstract: What can we expect in the VSOP-2 mission to reveal the sub parsec scale structures of AGN jets? Based on the MHD process of jet formation and evolution, we discuss about unsolved problems of sub parsec AGN jets in terms of the acceleration, the collimation, and the stability properties. Several key features will be proved by the VSOP-2 observations; they play an important role in determining how the MHD process will work in the jet dynamics.
