Abstract: The Mandelbrot Set is one of the most complex objects known, and its diverse array of beautiful forms is a diversion for many. It may also be a cosmological roadmap that reveals the entire progression of cosmic form, from the Planck epoch to the fate of the universe. The evolution of Spiral Galaxies is specifically examined.
