| Abstract: |
The O—C diagram of the RR Lyrae variable SS Cnc was constructed with all times of light maxima of the variable available in the literature. The O—C diagram shows a sinusoidal variation which is attributed to the lighttime effect due to the duplicity of the star. We conclude that SS Cnc may be a member of a wide binary system. |
