Abstract:	We aim to establish a new method to derive the mass of Super Massive Black Hole (hereinafter SMBH; larger than 106M☉) in the center of the giant galaxies. The scientific importance of our study is to determine the most fundamental parameter of black hole physics, and to understand the co-evolution of black holes and galaxies by updating the MBH–σ relation, where the σ is the central velocity dispersion of its host galaxy.
