Abstract: Results are presented from a six-year systematic observational survey of candidate eclipsing binaries with a δ Sct component. More than one hundred systems with component(s) of spectral type A-F were observed in order to check for possible pulsational behavior. Some ∼14% (13 cases) among the currently known systems of this class were confirmed. We present an updated list of all currently known δ Sct systems in eclipsing binaries based on all available information from the literature. Possible correlations between their pulsational and binary properties are discussed.
