Abstract: The advent of a new generation of spectropolarimeters has shown that at least some OB stars (in addition to Bp stars) are magnetic, including some PMS Herbig Ae/Be stars. The techniques to measure magnetic fields in OB stars and the results recently obtained are presented. These magnetic massive stars often display a dipolar field structure, and the model of the oblique magnetic dipole is used to explain observations. Finally, open issues about the origin of the field, its configuration, the formation of Be stars disks, and stellar evolution are discussed.
