Abstract:	Since 1994, the Initiative to Develop Education through Astronomy and Space Science (IDEAS) grant program has provided funding for partnerships between astronomers/space scientists and the education and public outreach communities. The IDEAS grant program provides a unique opportunity for scientists, educators and public outreach professionals to work together and explore creative approaches to developing education and public outreach programs and/or products. Highlighting three exemplary IDEAS programs, the poster provides insight into how a small amount of funding and creative collaboration can have a significant impact on target communities.
