Abstract: We present high-resolution spectroscopy of the rotating b Cephei stars Epsilon Cen, Omega-1 Sco, and Delta Sco. From time series of spectra it is evident that these stars exhibit high-amplitude non-radial pulsations. The spectra of Epsilon Cen (a multiperiodic photometric variable, Heynderickx 1992) and Omega-1 Sco (not previously known to be variable) show striking similarities to spectra of Delta Sco (a known non-radial pulsator, Smith 1986). The number of bumps and troughs in the line profiles of Epsilon Cen and Omega-1 Sco suggests that the non-radial pulsations in these stars have a higher pulsational degree l than the pulsations in Delta Sco.
