Abstract:	We present in this communication some results about tidal evolution in late-type active binaries obtained from the comparison of the observed levels of circularization and synchronization with theoretical predictions based on current models by Zahn (1989) and Tassoul (1988). The observations are in good agreement with expected values in both cases. Some individual systems showing significant differences could be explained in terms of their evolutionary status.
