Abstract: A detailed Lobster Eye telescope design and proposal for an X-ray All Sky Monitor based on detailed simulations and modelling for the space mission will be presented and discussed, including scientific justification. The proposal meets the requirements of the Lobster ISS project as well as of analogous space experiments. The angular resolution of the design is better than 4 arc min and the energetic gain amounts to 1000. The device will be able to monitor about 200 CVs with X-ray fluxes above the instrumental threshold.
