Abstract: The data on the rotation of the neutral hydrogen and molecular clouds (MC) have been analysed to determine the main Galactic constants and the rotation curve of the Milky Way. Most of the effect of a difference between rotation laws of these two subsystems on the value of R0 was accounted for. The final estimate of R0 = 8.2 +/- 0.7 kpc from three methods using the same MC data was obtained. The significant difference between rotation curves from HI and MC at 1.1 < R / R0 < 1.5 is found. It is most likely to be due to a perturbation from the spiral wave with pitch angle of 22o +/- 3o.
