| Abstract: |
We summarize results on the HST/NICMOS GTO program of nearby starburst galaxies. In particular we study the relation between the infrared [FeII]1.644μm line emission and the supernova (SN) activity in M82 and NGC 253. We also discuss the star formation properties of two infrared luminous galaxies: Arp 299 and NGC 1614. |
