Abstract: Optical and HI imaging have been obtained for 73 late-type dwarf galaxies. For 35 of these reliable rotation curves could be derived. The rotation curves for these dwarf galaxies have shapes that are similar to those of late-type spiral galaxies, but with a larger scatter. Their rotation curves rise to about two disk scale lengths, and start to reach a flat part at larger radii. Mass modeling based on these rotation curves indicates that a wide range in mass models is allowed by the data, ranging from maximum or minimum disk to cuspy halos.
