Abstract: We present optical and infrared observations of V868 Cen (Nova Cen 1991). We modeled the circumnova dust shell using the CSDUST3 radiative transfer code. We show that the dust shell became physically thicker with time, indicating ongoing condensation of grains from outflowing material. We found that the dust shell(s) must be ``leaky", i.e. that central source was not fully obscured by the circumnova dust shell.
