| Abstract: |
The Space Infrared Telescope Facility (SIRTF) will execute calibration and observer-specified measurements in an automated fashion. The data from these observations are processed by a ``lights out'' pipeline system and transferred to an archive for later distribution to the astronomical community. In this paper we describe the functions of the Downlink Segment of the SIRTF Science Center (SSC) that support such modes of operation. Science and calibration pipelines and the resulting data products from automated processing are illustrated. |
