Abstract: I am going to demonstrate how the Fourier-frequency resolved spectroscopy can constrain possible models of accretion flow onto black holes both in AGN and black hole binaries. In particular, distringuishing between scenarios invoking truncated and un-truncated accretion disks appear to be possible.
