| Abstract: |
The location of thermal electrons is discussed under the situation of a helical magnetic field in the jet of 3C 273. The helical field was recently suggested by a gradient of Faraday Rotation using VLBI polarimetry, and it is suggested that the thermal electrons are distributed outside of the emitting region, like a sheath. |
