Abstract: The determination of stellar effective temperature is one of the most crucial items, when turning to investigate stellar evolution and element abundances. We address the question of how accurately this parameter can be determined from the view of model uncertainties.

We conclude that it is not possible to assign a single value of model dependent error to each method of Teff determination. It is nevertheless obvious that error bars smaller than 75K are unlikely.
