Abstract: EIS observed the highest temperature lines of FeXXIII 263.76 Å and FeXXIV 192.10 Å , 255.10 Å in the EIS observing wavelengths for the first time during a C4.2 flare which occurred on 16-Jan-07. The raster scan of the flaring area took place during 2:36 - 2:41 UT, nearly at the maximum phase of the flare. Footpoints of fast chromospheric evaporation are compact with a size of a few arcseconds, and turbulence still remains around the top of flaring loops. Down flows of cooling origin are also seen in lower temperature lines, just outside the flaring loops.
