Abstract: We describe the outreach program on Astronomy Education started at La Punta University in 2006. As part of this program, we have developed an Astronomical Park, PALP, with two dozen astronomical instruments previous to the usage of the astronomical telescope. These instruments were built in real scale in a field of one hra. The Park includes also one Planetarium fixed at the site and an itinerant one. We have also installed a 16” MEADE telescope remote controlled that is used for observational activities. On the other hand, we are building as our main contribution to AIA2009 (IYA2009) a Mega Solar System representation at a scale of 1:20,000,000 with a 65m diameter Sun located at the University and the rest of the main objects of the Solar System located in the whole territory of the San Luís Province, at the proper distance from the center.
