Abstract: Over the last three years hundreds of youth have experienced and practiced the role of NASA researchers as they learned to remotely control real robotic telescopes that they can command through the MicroObservatory website. We illustrate a sample of out-of-school time projects that have adopted MicroObservatory for its versatility of use and for the authentic science learning experience that it enables.
