Abstract: Symbiotic stars (SS) are long-period interacting binaries. They consist of a cool giant and a hot luminous compact star. Spectrum of SS is composed from stellar and nebular components of radiation. In this contribution I introduce a method of disentangling the composite spectra of SS from the soft X-ray to the mid-IR spectral region. I demonstrate the results on two examples with a strong supersoft X-ray component, AG Dra and RS Oph.
