In analyzing wide-field images, for example those from the Hyper Suprime-Cam on the Subaru telescope, determining World Coordinate System (WCS) information
(for example position and angle) of each CCD is very important.
In this paper, we show a method for determining the distortion with
high-order polynomials using the TAN-SIP convention, utilizing all of the CCDs
in a field of view (FOV) at once. |
