The new NGSL spectrophotometric atlas provides many stars that can be used for spectrophotometric flux calibration when taking spectroscopic observations. The excellent ATLAS and MARCS model atmosphere synthetic spectra can be used to determine accurate temperatures, gravities and metallicities for most stars from these flux calibrated observations. |
