| Abstract: |
The O–C diagram is a fundamental tool in time domain astronomy. Much of the existing O–C formalism focuses on long period variations and discreet observations of times of maximum light. We present phase-centric O–C formalism more appropriate for short period variables like white dwarfs and subdwarf B stars and derive an analytical model for O–C under all combinations of frequency and signal travel time variation. |
