Abstract: We present techniques for quantifying the effects of observation systematic effects on galaxy clustering measurements from large photometric surveys. These techniques can leverage both pixelized and point-based systematics and can be quickly calculated for large data volumes and as a function of observational tiling and Galactic coordinates. The actual measurements are performed via a correlation function either in pixel-space or real-space. As a demonstration, we present a measurement of the systematic effects of seeing, extinction, and stellar density on the SDSS DR7 photometric galaxy clustering signal.
