Abstract: The evolution and structure of magnetic fields in galactic and intergalactic spaces have been the subject of many studies. Magnetic fields are an important part of the universe which are connected strongly with the distribution of matter. These fields play a crucial role in the evolution of structures in the universe, star formation and cosmic ray propagation. Anisotropy/Isotropy studies of ultra high energy cosmic rays provide information about magnetic fields out of the Galaxy. To study the propagation of these particles a knowledge of galactic and extragalactic magnetic fields is essential. Here we have studied the Anisotropy/Isotropy of high energy cosmic rays within the Galaxy under the influence of different turbulent regimes. A corrected sky in cosmic ray view were presented, as what one may observe out of the Galaxy.
