Abstract: |
In this paper we present the implementation of in-situ capabilities for the ENZO
astrophysical simulations code. Such implementation relies on the Libsim library
available within the VisIt data analysis and visualization framework and allows
sharing the same high performance computing resources used by the simulation process.
Memory, thus data, can be accessed and processed concurrently with the main run,
avoiding any data dump on the disk and allowing data analysis as the simulation
proceeds. |
