Abstract: |
We use state-of-the-art N-body simulations to show that a population of star clusters spiralling into the Galactic Centre (GC) can solve the riddle around the γ and X-ray excesses, by enriching the population of MSPs and CVs during the nuclear cluster (NC) build-up. Our models match the observed γ-ray emission and CVs observed distribution, and predict the presence of ∼ 104 stellar mass black holes (BHs) in the GC, compatible with estimates from Chandra observations of 12 low-mass X-ray binaries (LMXB). |
