Abstract: A complete insight of the dynamics of the plasma flows and their interaction with the magnetic field is important to understand the solar convective layer. Such an interaction determines the spatial configuration of the magnetic field in the outer layers of the solar atmosphere. In order to investigate the interaction between the photospheric velocity field and emerging magnetic elements, observations with high spatial, spectral, and temporal resolution are necessary. We present a 3D reconstruction of the photospheric velocity field of a quiet region centered on a large scale (∼ 30Mm) structure of magnetic network and an analysis of the photospheric plasma dynamical properties below a cluster of magnetic structures.
