Abstract: Osuga Valles is a Martian outflow channel system possibly carved by catastrophic discharges of groundwater. To improve our understanding of the history of water on Mars, we are using crater-based surface dating to estimate the age of Osuga Valles. Our preliminary results suggest that it began forming approximately 3 billion years ago and has since been shaped by more recent fluvial activity.
