Abstract: There is still quite some debate about the characteristics of the Galactic Bulge. Both the existence of an intermediate and/or young population of stars – as indicated by the periods of Miras – in addition to the dominant old population, and also the angle between the sun-center line and the Bar are discussed in recent literature. In this work we present a grid of models constructed with the population synthesis code TRILEGAL. These models are used to construct color–magnitude diagrams which are then compared to the observed ones from 2MASS and OGLE, in an effort to constrain both the age distribution and the geometry of the Galactic Bulge.
