| Abstract: |
The results of tests with thinned, backside illuminated, four phase 400 x 1200 CCDs are reported. Measurement of charge transfer and charge collection efficiencies were made using an Fe-55 X-ray source. Quantum efficiency at several wavelengths was measured for both native oxide and flash oxide, UV flood, nitric oxide soak and platinum flash gating. |
