Abstract: |
The Infrared Telescope in Space is a cryogenically-cooled NASA/ISAS space survey instrument scheduled for a February, 1995 launch. The telescope optical system is optimized for studies of extended low surface-brightness objects. Four focal-plane instruments cover wavelengths ranging form 1 to 800 microns. |
