| Abstract: |
We address the current state of understanding of the Blazar phenomena and present a relatively new and interesting model for explaining the dichotomy of blazar emission characteristics. This new model, which was investigated in a series of papers by Brian Punsley (Punsley, 1997) is capable of explaining many features exhibited by Blazars, including the radio and gamma-ray properties of OVV quasars and BL Lac sources. We also present new evidence supporting this ''dual jet'' model and some ideas for further testing. |
